The Transitions Program at Stanbridge
The mission of the Transitions Program at Stanbridge is to guide young adults with autism and intellectual differences in developing the practical skills needed to embrace independence.
Welcoming young adults who have learning and intellectual differences, our postsecondary program is designed for individuals who need more time for their transition into adulthood. Whether the goal is to go to college or to find a meaningful vocation, our Transitions Program provides individualized assistance and one-on-one support. In a friendly, safe and relaxed environment, our participants are supported in choosing their own path toward independence.
